Overview
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we only accept returns for items that are unused and in their original condition.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
Perfume oils that have been used, tested, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns based on personal scent preference or skin sensitivity
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
